Korres Body Butter

My skin gets seriously scaly and itchy in the winter. Finding the perfect lotion to soothe and hydrate my skin is hard—if a lotion’s rich enough to moisturize my lizard-like legs, it’s usually way too slick and greasy. And if it’s not greasy, it’s usually too light. Thankfully, a pal turned me on to these sumptuously silky and not-at-all-slippery body butters from Korres, a line with roots in the oldest homeopathic pharmacy in Greece. They come in all sorts of delicious scents, but my favorite is the clean, herbal basil and lemon.

LipFusion INFATUATION Lip Glosses

Until now, I’ve never been a fan of plumping lip glosses. In my experience, I’ve rarely come across one that works, and if it does, it achieves that “plumped” look by making your pout swell with some kind of peppery cinnamon thing that just plain hurts. These new fattening glosses from the folks at Fusion Beauty, however, may have changed my opinion of pucker pumper-uppers. They feel and taste great, and I swear, they really do make my lips look like Angelina Jolie’s.

Rachel Zoe for QVC

I can’t get enough of the wacky yet insanely stylish and influential fashion stylist Rachel Zoe and her hit Bravo reality show, The Rachel Zoe Project. Her boho-glam style, a mix of Studio 54 attendee meets hippie chick meets 20-something L.A. celebrity is so freaking cool. Why can’t I put outfits together like that? Instead, I’ll settle for buying her style, thanks to her new line of accessories and luxe wardrobe additions for QVC. The cocktail rings and faux fur vests, jackets and scarves are, as Rachel would say, bananas, but my favorite is the python hobo, the coolest carryall in this season’s hottest (again, faux) print.

In Bloom by Reese Witherspoon for Avon

Just like Reese, I grew up all preppy and Southern with a magnolia tree in my front yard. I guess it’s only natural that I love this magnolia- and gardenia-based scent, with its top notes of Georgia peach. For me, it’s like a little bit of home in a bottle.
