A great blouse with ruffle details can be dressed up for holiday parties or dressed down with jeans for casual days. Details at the neckline and chest also add a feminine touch when paired with jackets or cardigans.

Shine in Jewel Tones
Jewel tones on silky fabrics are perfect for holiday parties, but they work just as well with jeans or black trousers at the office.

Look Relaxed Without Looking Frumpy
The holidays are chock-full of shopping trips and last-minute errands. To avoid looking frumpy, always keep one piece structured and opt for fitted pieces in soft fabrics, such as a jersey knit. Skip sweats and lounge pants and choose comfortable skinny jeans or a pencil skirt instead. Remember, if you want to keep your relaxed pants on, make sure your top is fitted, or throw on a cropped jacket to refine the look.

Try Something New
Now is a perfect time to try pieces outside of your regular wardrobe choices. If you normally wear soft colors with feminine details, try darker colors with bolder details like embroidery.
