Burn It, Baby, Burn It: Cardio Sweat Sets
With the weather warming up, it’s time to think fit. Well, actually, it’s always time to think fit, but
now you can add sleeveless shirts, short skirts and bathing suits to that thinking. So what’s going
to get you into your skinny jeans?

If you’re not sweating, then you’re not working hard enough. |
Try this 30-minute three-set sweat-making, heart-rate-elevating outdoor cardio blast.
Warm up: A five-minute jog
SET 1
Mark out a 25-yard area and complete the following without rest in between:
Walking lunge

Quick jog back
Squat walk
Quick jog back
Walk out push-ups
Quick jog back
Rest and repeat!
SET 2
Begin with 10 ab crunches
Quick jog to opposite side of 25 yards
10 push-ups
Quick jog back to opposite side
9 ab crunches
Quick jog
9 push-ups
Quick jog
8 ab crunches
Quick jog
8 push-ups
Repeat this set until you get down to one
SET 3
Begin with a light jog for the first two yards, hit the line, and run at a 50 percent sprint back, hit the line and run at a 75 percent sprint back, hit the line and sprint 100 percent
Squat 20 times, alternate lunge 10 each leg, 10 jump squats
10 close-grip push-ups
Hold a plank as long as you can
See how many sets you can do. Begin with one and try to do three sets of Set 3.
If you do this workout three times a week in conjunction with your other workouts, you will burn your way into those sexy spring and summer clothes in no time.
