1 cup milk (I use soy)
1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice

How-to:

1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews
2 cups water
2 to 3 tablespoons agave nectar (depending on your sweetness preference)
Dash of cinnamon
1 2-inch segment of an organic vanilla bean, scraped clean

How-to:
Blend all ingredients for 60 seconds on your blender’s most powerful setting. Serves two.


Tropical Fruit Delight

1 cup mango, frozen
1 cup papaya, frozen
2 cups milk
