How it works:                                                                                                

Look at the chart for either girl or boy                                                                                                     
Locate your child's birth year (for kids born in January, see note below*)                                                                                                 
See the best colors for the room (can be any shade from light to bright)                                                                                                
Find the best directions for a good night's sleep
(For a good night's sleep, place the bed headboard against any of these walls: Bed A—East/North/South/Southeast;
