Tranquil Space Bethesda is a vinyasa yoga studio with classes for the whole family. Yoga for kids teaches crawlers, toddlers, and young kids social interaction, repetition, and play as well as self-calming and relaxation skills. The Baby & Me class is a great way for new moms to connect with their infants in a nurturing, supportive environment. Babies focus on poses to aid digestion, increase strength, and promote calmness while moms focus on poses to re-strengthen the post-partum body and achieve relaxation. The studio's spa is a great way to unwind after a yoga class with treatments like deep tissue massage and reiki therapy.
